The form of this lounge chair was inspired by the contrast of harsh geometric patterns and sensual organic curves. The fact that the curves are formed by the hardwood, and the sharp geometric lines by soft leather cording adds depth to the design.        Further design inspiration was objects that cast interesting shadows, and the open light form of the frame along with the strands of leather cord allow light to pass through creating detailed cast shadows.
