The Hotel Monaco, Washington D.C. is a vibrant Kimpton property located in the historic Tariff Building. The design uses a mixture of black, white, and copper to complement the lobby’s signature kelly green walls. And fun takes on traditional motifs which reference our nation’s capitol. 

I assisted with the FF&E sourcing, custom furniture design, and specification writing on this project, as well as the initial presentation layout and floor plan rendering.
